Dianne Elizabeth McKenna

Dianne McKenna passed away peacefully at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, with her loving family by her side on Monday, July 12, 2021, at the age of 76.  Born on July 1, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Edna (Sherry) McKenna of Central Bedeque.  Dianne is survived by her siblings, Catherine (Doyle) Griffin, Bernard and Marie (McCabe), David and Pauline (Shea), John William, Marlene Sullivan (Reg Miller), and Kevin and Cathy (Young).  Predeceased by brother Gerard, sister Donna and brother--in-law Doyle Griffin.  Dianne will be lovingly remembered by all her nieces and nephews.  Dianne lived with her brother Bernard and his wife Marie for 19 years and attended Community Connections many years.  Thanks to Dr. Phalen and staff at Wedgewood Manor for all their loving care and protection.  Resting at the Lawless Funeral Home and due to Covid restrictions, funeral will be by invitation only with Funeral mass celebrated at St. Malachy's Church, Kinkora on Monday,  July 19th at 11 a.m.  Memorial donations may be made to the Prince County Hospital Foundation or Community Connections. Visitation for family and invited guests will be held at the Lawless Funeral Home prior to the funeral mass.
